We spend time sitting in front of a computer while managing investments. I thought it only fair to help out in the kitchen! Exercise and nutrition are very important and much neglected by traders. I will share here some of the recipes that are not only healthy, but can be prepared easily.
The good news is that money grows faster than fat. Calories don't have the benefit of compound annual growth. So, "Mangiamo!"
Virtually all stock recipes instruct you to start with the bones. I will also begin there. The bones are your charts and analysis tools. Start there, make a good entry, and meet me in the kitchen.
Thanks to Jonathan for this healthy trader's lunch!
